DES goes before NOAO BIRP reviewThe Blanco Independent Review Panel
reviews the DES proposal.
On August 13,14 the Blanco Independent Review Panel
met with the Dark Energy Survey proponents. The panel had before them the 200 page DES NOAO proposal and listed to a series of 6 talks. The panel is part of the review process NOAO undergoes when it considers trading telescope time for community instrumentation. |
