P5 recommends construction of DES

The P5 committee, as part of a balanced program in particle physics, has recommended that the DES, the Cold Dark Matter Search, the Daya Bay reactor neutrino experiment to measure the third mixing angle, and the NOVA neutrino oscillation experiment. For the DES, this means the last hurdle for approval is the release the Presidents FY08 budget in eary 2007.
